Lady boss is very nice and helpful. The room decor is beautiful and warm and inviting . There is a heated toilet bowl. The breakfast is also very nice , natural ingredients. Lady boss is very passionate about the place and can provide good recommendations on sightseeing itinerary .

非常滿意。房間乾淨，整潔，設施都很新，看得出老闆裝修下了功夫。本來定的側湖景房，聯繫老闆後幫我升級了正湖景房，補差價就好，老闆幫我留了角度最好的房間，可以參考房間視野圖。老闆幫安排的路線很棒，兩天的套票可以基本覆蓋普者黑的大多數景觀（附圖可見）。所有的民宿工作人員都很幫忙。民宿有露台，可以看到青龍山附近的整個景色，日落時太美了。住宿時還認識了不少朋友，可見老闆的熱情好客。強烈推薦大家去旅所當然精品民宿住宿。

270度大玻璃窗，躺在床上就能看到湖，確實很美。來的時候下着小雨，老闆娘在普新橋開車接的。床品也舒適，晚上躺着看着大投影慢慢入睡。早餐也不錯，這個價格在國慶節前一天真是超值了

房間沒得説。老闆還給免費升級了。可以在陽台上直接看湖景。從酒店後面的旋轉樓梯下去，走湖邊小道，離情人橋很近。店裡的小姑娘長得漂亮人還特別熱情耐心，不厭其煩的給我們講了好幾遍應該怎麼玩。。必須手動點贊！

老闆很好，免費給我們升級了湖景房，早上趕高鐵還貼心的提前準備好早餐，還細心的推薦了旅遊路線。交通方便，離情人橋很近，周圍有很多飯店。

房間很寬敞，設施也很完善，周圍的飯店挺多的，酒店裡的小奶狗很可愛。步行可達情人橋，青龍山。老闆很認真的講解介紹了遊覽路線，非常有幫助。

實際的圖片跟網上不相符，提前了説了不要潮濕的房間，結果下午三點到的時候下暴雨，去拿房説我定的房型衹有一樓最邊上那一間了，一進去就非常的潮濕，到處牆都是稀爛的，簡直值不起4百多一晚的房價，還沒我朋友定的旁邊2百多一晚的酒店房間好，説第二天給我換隔壁的那一間，我就想的那我將就一晚上吧，結果第二天早上我把行李收拾好了，去問，説：看錯了，隔壁今天不退房，給我換到2樓最角落的那間去（就是我第一天住的那間正上面），我上去看，二樓這間和旁邊那間都打開房門的，這兩間住的是一起的朋友（帶小孩的），我下去問老闆，這間都要退，旁邊那間不退嗎？我想換二樓旁邊這間，老闆説：他們衹退角落那間，不退這間，他們不一起走，還説你要實在不滿意，你就退房吧，讓我另外找，我頭一天因為退房晚了一個多小時（這家是提前一天晚上18點以前免費退）還非扣我全額房費，但是實際情況是那天我從大理開車到撫仙湖，路上暴雨，路都看不清那種，一直沒得信號，打不開網絡，所以我才在到了撫仙湖才退的普者黑的房，我跟平台打了電話，最終平台介入跟酒店協商扣了我20%的房費，既然當天早上都能退當天的房，那麼頭天為啥非要扣我20%，讓我當天出去找，你都曉得我是提前一個多月定的房，當天你讓我出去住高價房嗎？所以我選擇了妥協，到這個時候我都還是相信了老闆的話的，換到了二樓最角落那間房去，結果晚上正碰倒這間房的開門，是一對老年夫妻和一個年輕女生住，我當時就曉得我早上可能被騙了，這間也和我換進去的那間一起退房了，我再次跟這間房的叔叔阿姨確認，他們説他們是今天才來的，到此我徹底知道我被騙了，我問了老闆，並沒有對此進行解釋
做生意連誠信都做不倒，那還做什麼生意！！！
